Support
Contact us
For help with Sorelia, email support@sorelia.ai. We respond to every message and will get back to you as soon as possible.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include a description of what you were doing, what you expected to happen and what happened instead, along with your iPhone model and iOS version.
You can also contact us from within the app. Settings → Contact support opens a pre-addressed email that includes your account ID, so we can locate your account without asking for further details.
Signing in
If you signed up with an email address and password and are unable to sign in, select Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen. We will email you a six-digit code that lets you set a new password.
If you continue to have trouble, contact us from the email address associated with your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Sorelia subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple Account. Your plan, pricing, renewal date and cancellation are managed by Apple.
To view or change your subscription, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or in Sorelia go to Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription, which opens the same screen.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You retain full access until the end of the current billing period, and your reminders, saved items and calendar events are unaffected.
Because purchases are processed by Apple, refund requests are handled by Apple. You can submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you have purchased a subscription and the app has not unlocked, tap Restore at the bottom of the plans page. If the problem persists, contact us and we will look into it.
Account and data
To delete your account, go to Settings → Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your saved items, reminders, calendar events, conversations and connected accounts from Sorelia. Deletion cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Please cancel it separately in the Settings app on your iPhone, as described above.
Connected calendars are disconnected and their access is revoked when your account is deleted. Events that Sorelia added to a Google or Microsoft calendar remain on that calendar.
For details of the information Sorelia collects and how it is used, please see our privacy policy. Our terms of service set out the conditions of use.
Feature requests and feedback
We welcome suggestions for improving Sorelia. Use Settings → Request a feature in the app, or email us at the address above.
